Your illustration will be ready within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that these are working days and we do not operate on weekends or public holidays. If you wish to receive a printed caricature, the delivery time extends to 10 business days from the time of purchase.

What if I'm not happy with my portrait?

You can request revisions to your portrait as many times as needed; we include a free revision policy for minor changes in details or colors. Changes to the background, face, position, or additions of people, pets, or objects will incur an additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the design.

Do pets, vehicles, special objects, or fictional characters count as one person?

Yes, please include them in the count of people for your order.

What can I use as a background?

Background options are available at the time of purchase. If you want a custom background, please select the corresponding option and specify the image in the notes.

I have a large group of friends or family, what should I do?

How many photos should I upload?

Please add many photos as you can, the more detail you provide, the better we can fulfill your order. Please specify how you want your illustration drawn in the image description, and leave the rest to us.

What quality should the photo I upload be?

A high-quality photo makes it easier to achieve a more accurate illustration. If there's any issue with the photo quality, we will contact you.

How is the caricature delivered?

Your portrait will initially be sent in high-resolution digital format via email, ready for printing on canvases, mugs, or t-shirts. If you choose to have it printed with us, once you are satisfied with the design, we send it to the printer and deliver it to your home.

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Yes, we do not impose restrictions on the use of your portrait.

What should I do if my payment is rejected by the bank?

Please inform your bank that you are making an online purchase from abroad and wish to authorize payment in US dollars.
